1750 Pumper/Tanker 
| 1996 FREIGHTLINER FL80 PUMPER/TANKER WITH A 1250 GALLON TANK AND 1250 GPM HALE PUMP. This is our 4th out truck that responds to a structure fire. We can use it either as an extra pumper on scene of the fire or use it to supply water to our Mutual Aide at Nantahala Fire and Rescue. It is Equipped with 1200 foot of 3" hose for water supply lines as well as 250 foot of 2 1/2" and 200 foot of 1 3/4". Also equipped with 2 speed-lays of 150 foot per lay of 1 3/4" for our interior or exterior operations. It has a top mount pump control panel which gives our Driver/Operator advantages to be able to see the whole fire grounds to better supply our men on the nozzles. |

1751 Pumper/Tanker 
| 2000 FREIGHTLINER FL80 PUMPER/TANKER WITH A 1250 GALLON TANK AND 1250 GPM HALE PUMP. This is our 1st out engine that responds to structure fires, 1st out for brush fire with structures in danger, as well as our 3rd out truck for Motor Vehicle Collisions (MVC). For structure fires this truck is at the fire seeing the most use, it is equipped with everything we need to do our job. It is equipped with, 3000 foot of 3" hose for receiving water from other trucks or water source, as well as 250 foot of 2 1/2" hose. Also equipped with 2 speed-lays of 200 foot per lay of 1 3/4" for our interior and/or exterior operations. It is equipped with a booster reel used for fighting brush fires and being this truck is equipped with tools and equipment for structure firefighting we respond this truck to brush fires with structures in danger. It is equipped with portable equipment need for use in MVC's such as Jaws of Life in the case we have several vehicles involved as well as having water protection in the case of a vehicle catching on fire. |

| 1980 FORD 8000 PUMPER/TANKER WITH A 1250 GALLON TANK AND 1000 GPM WATEROUS PUMP. This is our 5th out truck that responds to a structure fire, its main purpose is water supply, to supply our trucks along with our Mutual Aide's trucks. It is equipped with 2000 foot of 3" and 250 foot of 2 1/2" hose for water supply. As well as 2 speed-lays of 200 foot per lay of 1 3/4" for interior and/or exterior operations if needed. Also equipped with 2 booster reels for brush fires if needed. |

1754 Pumper/Tanker 
| 2006 INTERNATIONAL 4400 PUMPER/TANKER WITH A 1600 GALLON TANK AND 1250 GPM HALE PUMP. This is our 2nd out engine for structure fires it can serve as a pumper at the scene of the fire or a water supply truck to feed the trucks at the fire. This truck responds Mutual Aide to Franklin Fire and Rescue when they request our assistance, this truck is compatible to work with Franklin's trucks. It is equipped with 1000 foot of large diameter hose (LDH) the purpose of the type of hose is maximum flow with minimum friction loss, as well as tough and durable. Also equipped with 250 foot of 3' and 200 foot of 2 1/2" for water supply as well, and 2 speed-lays of 200 foot per lay of 1 3/4" for interior and/or exterior operations. |

1755 Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) 
| 2006 CHEVROLET C4500 FLAT BED WITH CAFS AND 300 GALLON POLY TANK. This truck is equipped with 2 tanks 300 gallons per tank, as well as a hose reel. This truck is used during brush fires or sometimes used during mop up after a structure fire. The purpose of this truck is limiting the amount of water with foam, you can use 600 gallons with foam verses wasting 1250 gallons with foam. Foam will penetrate ordinary combustible materials, such as wood due to the reduced surface tension of the water contained in the foam solution. The bubbles holds moisture and release it as the foam breaks down, prolonging the time the moisture may be absorbed by the fuels, reducing your re-ignition points. |

1760 Wildland Suppression | 1979 CHEVROLET CUSTOM WITH 350 GALLON TANK AND 250GPM HALE PUMP. This truck is our primary truck used in brush fires, you can take it places you can not take the big trucks. It is equipped with 400 foot of 3" for water supply as well as 2 pre-connected 150 foot per pre-connect of 1 3/4" for wild-land suppression. It is also equipped with all the tools and equipment needed in fighting a brush fire. |

1761 Draft Truck 
| 2003 FORD F450. This truck is used for retrieving water from our certified water sites. Because of the lack of fire hydrants in our district we have to get our water from certified sites such as, creeks, rivers, and ponds. This truck is equipped with tools and equipment to perform these duties, it is equipped with 2 portable pumps that we need to pull the water out of these sites and put them in a drop tank or into a truck. Also have a generator and lights to light up the water sites so we can better see to perform our duty. |

1762 Intermediate Level Ambulance 
| 1999 FORD F550 INTERMEDIATE LEVEL AMBULANCE. We are an EMT-Intermediate Level Department, were as the other departments in Macon County is either Medical Responder or EMT-Basic Level. Intermediate Level is an Advance Life Support (ALS) level, in which we can establish IV access, administer certain drugs, and Ect as long as the member has the State Certified Intermediate level training or higher, and has permission from the responding County Ambulance to perform the duty. We are the only department in Macon County with there own transportable Ambulance, we do have a contract with Macon County Emergency Management (MCEM) stating "We can not transport any patient unless requested by MCEM." |

1763 Rescue Truck 
| 2004 FORD F550. This is our rescue truck which is equipped with all the tools and equipment to perform rescue duties such as vehicle extrication, swift water rescues, high and low angle rescues, and Ect. This truck includes an on board hydraulic pump which is used for supplying our hydraulic tools such as Jaws of Life, rams, pedal cutters and Ect with two on board hose reels and 360 degree hook up ports for the hydraulic lines. Also has an on board generator used for supplying power to a 16 foot 1000watt light tower and to supply power to our power tools with 360 degree receptcals. 1763 is equipped with high and low angle rescue tools and equipment as well as swift water rescue tools and equipment. Also has 360 degree winch hooks ups as well as one permanent winch in the front bumper. As well as 360 degree air ports for operating air tools. |

1765 Chief's Car/QRV 
| 1997 FORD CROWN VICTORIA. This is known as the Chief's car or a Quick Response Vehicle (QRV) we use it for simple task such as performing community services and responding to some medical calls. Also used for members of our department to take to different counties to obtain classes and training that is required by the state of North Carolina. |
